POLICY

Orders weighing between 2 and 31.5 kg are shipped within the EU by default with DPD. Parcels to the UK, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU are shipped by default with PostNL.

Orders weighing between 0 and 2 kg are shipped by PostNL.

You also have the option of collecting your parts from our workshop free of charge.

Shipping costs are not part of our revenue model. This means that we only charge the actual costs we incur for shipping. We always do this, regardless of order size, order frequency and the nature of the customer (private or business).

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

DELIVERY TIME

If we receive your order before 2pm, we will dispatch it the same day provided the parts are in stock and we have received payment. The estimated delivery time for the Netherlands is 1-2 working days, for EU countries 1-5 working days and for countries outside the EU 3-10 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. But please call or email us (+31 77 467 3576 or [email protected]) if delivery takes much longer than we estimate.

RETURN POLICY

If You wish to exchange parts, this is of course possible. Please contact us by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (077-4673576). We will often find a (technical) solution that allows you to continue straight away. If not, please return the parts to:

Don't forget to include your name and order number. As soon as we receive the package, we will send the correct goods immediately or refund them directly provided the parts are not damaged. In case we made a mistake, we will also refund the shipping costs you had to incur and send the parts to you free of charge. If this is not the case, these costs will be at your own expense.
