Delivery methods
POLICY
Orders weighing between 2 and 31.5 kg are dispatched within the EU via DPD as standard. Parcels to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU are dispatched via PostNL as standard.
Orders weighing between 0 and 2 kg are dispatched by PostNL.
You also have the option to collect your parts free of charge from our workshop.
Shipping costs are not part of our revenue model. This means that we only charge the actual costs we incur for shipping. We always do this, regardless of the size of the order, the frequency of orders and the type of customer (private individual or business).

DELIVERY TIME
If we receive your order before 2.00 pm, we will dispatch it the same day, provided the parts are in stock and we have received payment. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days for the Netherlands, 1–5 working days for EU countries and 3–10 working days for countries outside the EU.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these times. However, please feel free to call or email us (+31 77 467 3576 or [email protected]) if your delivery is taking much longer than we estimated.
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to exchange parts, this is of course possible. Please contact us by email ([email protected]) or by telephone (077-4673576). We can often find a (technical) solution that will allow you to carry on straight away. If this is not possible, we ask you to return the parts to:
