Right of withdrawal for goods

You have the right to withdraw from the order within 7 days of receiving the parts. The withdrawal period expires 7 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically acquires possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Van de Ven Onderdelen Verkoop en Reparatie, Helenaveenseweg 18, 5975 MS, Sevenum, Netherlands, [email protected], Telephone: +31 774673576) of your decision to withdraw from the order by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the order, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, provided the parts are not damaged. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You will have complied with the deadline if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."
