Right of withdrawal for goods

You have the right to revoke the order within 7 days of receiving the parts. The withdrawal period expires 7 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Van de Ven Solex Verkoop en Reparatie, Helenaveenseweg 18, 5975 MS, Sevenum, the Netherlands, [email protected] , Telephone: +31 774673576) of your decision to withdraw from the order by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the order, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that point, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw, provided that the parts are not damaged. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 7-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."
